Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Paystack is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues. 8. Work with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures in the contact center.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to various communication channels and technologies. 4. Proven research skills to effectively find solutions and information for customers. 5. Team player with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse team members. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Must be driven and customer-focused to provide top-tier service. 9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.


Personality Traits: - Must be driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs.


Soft Skills: - Strong research skills to be able to quickly find solutions for customers. - Collaborative teamwork mindset to work effectively with others.
