Job Description:
Unilever Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, and possess excellent negotiation and planning skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and assist with order processing. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Conduct research to identify trends and improve customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
