Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


ExxonMobil is seeking an Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level offers a great opportunity for individuals with 4 years of experience in customer service. As an Online Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels, including email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Monitoring online reviews and addressing any negative feedback - Collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer experience - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
