Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description: Paylater, a leading financial technology company based in Abuja, NG, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and general questions related to our products and services. 3. Provide product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences. 4. Identify and escalate any issues or trends in customer inquiries to the appropriate department. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Energetic and dedicated personality traits to provide excellent customer care. 4. Leadership skills to take charge of customer inquiries and provide solutions. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product recommendations to customers. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of basic computer programs and systems.
