Job Description:
Paystack is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms. - Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, technical support, and general product information. - Process orders, refunds, and returns accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Conduct research to address customer questions and provide solutions effectively. - Assist in the development of customer care strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and implement improvements. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online customer care role. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and online customer care tools. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail. - Soft skills in project management and research. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
