Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at British American Tobacco in Ibadan, Nigeria. As part of the Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. Ability to think strategically and contribute to planning initiatives. 5. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer support platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
