Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, adaptable, and possess strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
