Job Description:
MTN is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing customer care operations in a digital environment, ensuring seamless communication and support for our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage online customer care team, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Implement and maintain customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service. 6. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer care.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer service or customer care management. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Teamwork and critical thinking skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 7. Visa sponsorship eligibility. 8. Dental insurance coverage. 9. Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
