Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


AB InBev is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and assist customers with online ordering and payment processes. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Conduct regular analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
