UBA Group is looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat and email - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about our products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns - Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Strong research skills - Basic knowledge of project management - Must be located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria
