Job Description:
First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in Abuja, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience but does require excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online banking needs, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through various online platforms to provide assistance and support with their banking needs - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter with online banking services - Educate customers on the features and benefits of our online banking platform - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team and contribute to strategic planning efforts - Proficiency in computer skills and a basic understanding of online banking services - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
