Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations for our online platform. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Train and supervise customer service staff to provide excellent service to customers via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer service issues and opportunities for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continually improve our operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of managing online customer service operations in a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills - Experience with customer service management software and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
