Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

As the Online Customer Service Manager at Paylater, you will be responsible for overseeing the online customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually improve processes and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
