Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is seeking an entry-level Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, and possess strong emotional intelligence and creativity. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to assist customers effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Must be reliable, driven, and possess emotional intelligence and creativity
