Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time associate level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently. 2. Engage with customers through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 7. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes. 8. Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and resources.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 4. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Passionate and hardworking attitude. 7. Strong leadership and project management skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
