Job Description:
As an Online Customer Service Officer at Jumia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers in Ibadan, NG. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various digital communication channels. You will also play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products and services to online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers. 4. Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and customer service experience. 3. Confidence and independence to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. 4. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. 5. Ability to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions to customer problems. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms. 7. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
