Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Shell in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. - Work with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. - Monitor online reviews and feedback platforms to address any negative feedback promptly and efficiently. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and promotions. - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. - Resourceful and energetic personality traits.
