Job Description:
UBA Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products or services. 2. Assisting customers with online transactions and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keeping up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Identifying and escalating any issues or trends to management to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Providing feedback to management on ways to enhance the online customer service experience.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of online platforms. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. Must be willing to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
