Job Description:
AB InBev is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various online channels to provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating any issues to the appropriate department - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Adaptability and presentation soft skills - High school diploma or equivalent
