Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Union Bank of Nigeria in Ibadan. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through our online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 5. Conduct research to address customer queries that may require further investigation. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently. 2. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to research and find solutions. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
