Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Flutterwave is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through online channels including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Monitor online reviews and social media platforms to address customer feedback and maintain a positive online reputation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
