Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


SLB is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 5. Create and maintain customer records and update customer information in the database. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve service quality. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer service process and suggest solutions.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. 2. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. 3. Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
