Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Kuda Bank is seeking a passionate and driven Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level role, the Online Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success in utilizing our online banking platform. This is a part-time position requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are maximizing the features of our online banking platform - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for customers - Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay up-to-date on product features and updates


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online customer support or success capacity - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer success - Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve team goals
