Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and ensure their satisfaction - Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and general inquiries - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and promotions to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience

Requirements: - Dedicated and confident individual with strong communication skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions to solve customer problems - Persuasive skills to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
