Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Lafarge Africa in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess excellent planning and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Provide personalized support to customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online platforms - Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Work closely with the sales team to drive online sales and customer loyalty - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Previous experience in a customer service or online support role is preferred
