Job Description:
MainOne is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Online Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to online customers - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations - Lead and coordinate customer success initiatives and projects to drive customer loyalty and advocacy
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
