Job Description:
TotalEnergies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to onboard, engage, and retain online customers. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue through customer success initiatives. 4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the success of online customer interactions. 5. Conduct research to understand market trends and competition in order to stay ahead of the curve. 6. Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to maximize their experience with our products or services. 7. Manage customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution. 8. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 9. Demonstrate resourcefulness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 7. Resourceful and passionate personality traits. 8. Strong research skills and effective time management. 9.
