Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online banking customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates for online banking customers. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns they may have. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online banking experience for customers. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our online banking platform effectively. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and advocacy.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the banking or fintech industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Experience working with online banking platforms is a plus.
