Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Officer in Abuja, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online platforms to ensure a positive experience and address any issues or concerns. 2. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and feedback. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve it. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvements. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success initiatives. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
