Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking an Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This position is part-time, at the Associate level, and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, possess strong teamwork and decision-making skills, and have a customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with EY services - Provide timely and effective support to customers via online platforms, email, and phone - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product development - Utilize data analytics to track and measure customer success metrics - Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Proactively address customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
