Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with little to no experience but possess the drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Creative problem solving to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve online customer experience through feedback and data analysis. 4. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 5. Monitor and track customer success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer support efforts.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. 5. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
