Job Description:
As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Seplat Petroleum Development, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success in the online platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues they may have, and provide support to help them achieve their goals. Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with customers and help them navigate the online platform effectively.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various online channels to address their needs and concerns - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize their usage of the online platform - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and offer assistance - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the online platform to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed customer success metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to help customers succeed - Excellent planning and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
