Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Assistant in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback appropriately. 7. Assist in managing the company's online reputation.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. 2. Proficient in using online customer support tools and platforms. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer support.
