SLB is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
