Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Kuda Bank is looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, hardworking, possess excellent planning skills, and have a cooperative attitude.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various platforms including email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account-related questions and technical troubleshooting. 4. Work closely with other members of the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback on customer trends. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 6. Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.
