Job Description:
UBA Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and assistance to customers using our online platforms. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively. 4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes. 6. Identify and escalate any emerging trends or recurring issues to the relevant departments. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and driven individual with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. 2. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Prior experience in online customer support roles is highly preferred. 5. Proficient in MS Office applications and online communication tools. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
