Job Description - Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Ikeja Electric in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position is part-time and requires someone who is resilient and adaptable to handle various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online live chat - Assist customers with account-related issues, billing inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries - Adaptability to changing customer needs and situations - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
