Job Description:
TotalEnergies is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations - Tech-savvy with experience using online chat platforms - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail
