Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a skilled Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services. - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the chat platform. - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat setting. - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Confident and independent personality traits to effectively lead a team. - Soft skills such as cooperation and negotiation to handle challenging customer interactions. - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
