Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Globacom is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers on our website. This role requires a resilient and passionate individual who possesses excellent time management skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat on our website. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 6. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends related to online customer service.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 5. Resilient and passionate attitude towards providing exceptional customer service. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
