Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Contribute to the development of online support resources and materials - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Confident and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects efficiently - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
