Online Support Associate

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Support Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone - Provide technical support for online platforms and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Assist customers with online ordering, account management, and payment processing - Collaborate with other team members to improve the online customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Resourceful problem solver with excellent negotiation and cooperation skills - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred
