Online Support Associate

Job Description: Nestlé is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Support Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing online support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via online platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online customer support processes and procedures - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall user experience - Assist with creating and updating online support documentation and knowledge base

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve complex issues - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer support platforms
