Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Konga Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Support Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Online Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the online support team to provide exceptional customer service to our online customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
