Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Support Officer to join our team at UBA Group in Abuja, NG. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Providing online support to customers via chat, email, and phone - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with online transactions and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitoring online platforms for any potential issues and escalating as needed - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to guide and support customers effectively - Planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
