Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Online Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate about providing excellent online support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via online platforms including email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring and analyzing online trends and feedback to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Developing and implementing online support strategies to enhance customer engagement - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Assisting with online marketing efforts to promote products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills - Time management skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
