Online Support Officer

Job Description: Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking an Online Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online customers. Your passion for customer satisfaction and dedication to delivering top-notch service will be key in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone - Provide technical support for online platforms and software - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns - Assist in implementing online support strategies to enhance customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and online support tools - Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Persuasive and able to effectively resolve customer issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with online platforms and technical support tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
