Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lagos, NG. The Online Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary - Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
