Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Globacom is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through the web chat platform, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and detailed information. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Resilient and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer interactions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be comfortable using computer systems and have basic knowledge of web chat platforms.
