Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and answer inquiries. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Develop a deep understanding of Huawei products and services to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support and solutions to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat process and customer experience.
